When does my new subscription ship?
Please allow up to two weeks to receive your first box.
When does my recurring order ship?
Subsequent boxes will ship with one week from your anniversary date of your original order and will continue on that date until you pause or cancel your subscription.
What is the cost of shipping?
Shipping within the U.S. for monthly tea discovery boxes is free. Shipping tea gift boxes within the U.S. is a flat fee of $4.00. Shipping to Canada or Europe can range from $10-$17.00. Please email us hello@teawrks.com with specific questions.
What's in my tea box?
You will receive 4 organic loose leaf teas every month which makes approximately 30 + cups plus re-steeps. We source fine teas and botanicals. We source single state teas and botanical blends.
Every month we include a reusable muslin tea bag with disposable tea bags. We also include a tea card with more information on the tea we send you and steeping instructions.
Can I cancel my subscription at anytime?
Yes, you may cancel, pause or reactivate your subscription at any time. Login to your account, go to "Account Details" and "Manage Subscription". If cancelling please make sure to cancel before your next order is shipped.

We source organic tea and botanicals and fair trade. We use eco-friendly packaging that is biodegradable and recyclable.

Our mission is to help our subscribers discover new favorites. We will try to accommodate you as best as we can but we don’t always offer the option to exclude a specific product. Please email us at hello@teawrks.com immediately after placing your order with any allergies and/or requested changes. Once the box has been shipped we cannot make changes to your order.
