Returns & Exchanges

You can return unopened non-tea items within 30 days of original purchase date.If you are returning or exchanging a non-tea item it should be in its original packaging and unopened.Once we receive the item(s) we will credit the original payment method excluding shipping fees. 

You will be required to pay return shipping charges for returns or exchanges. Shipping fees are non refundable.

We will credit your original method of payment. Please package your return and include a copy of your packing slip or order number.

Subscriptions

All tea discovery boxes and tea are not eligible for returns or refunds. If you have a concern please contact us directly at hello@teawrks.com. 

Gift Cards

We offer a refund when gift cards recipients are not a subscriber and do not wish to subscribe. Please email us at hello@teawrks.com. 

International Orders

All orders are shipped from our headquarters in Riverside, CT. If you're shipping to a destination outside of the United States you may be liable for duty and taxes upon import.
